Kitty and Justin Player used to let out their holiday home
through the Blakeney Cottage Company, and they knew exactly how they wanted the
business to develop when they took it over in 2005. The company specialises in
providing select local properties to holidaymakers and weekenders looking for a
really special base in this lovely part of Norfolk. The owners take the
greatest care in matching their customers to exactly the right property for
their requirements, and two-way personal communication is key to their success.
The properties are always presented in absolutely immaculate
condition, and no detail is overlooked. Top-quality bed linen and towels are
provided, and the welcome package includes flowers, chocolates and wine;
personal requests, perhaps to mark a special celebration, can also be arranged.
The properties range from snug retreats for two to bigger places that provide
space and comfort for families or groups of friends. Kitty has a very special
flair for interior design, and her beautiful soft furnishings, bed linen and
small household items can be bought in the company's High Street premises.
