Brills Farm B&B offers superb comfort
and sophistication in beautiful surroundings on top
of one of the few hills in Lincolnshire. The
farmhouse is early Georgian, and the White family, Sophie
and Charlie, have sympathetically restored and renovated it, preserving the structure and
many original features. Each of the three letting
bedrooms, all doubles, has its own individual style
and character, and days at the farm start with a
super breakfast that includes home-produced bacon
and eggs. The hosts can also arrange a picnic
lunch, afternoon tea and a splendid 4-course evening
meal. Brills Farm, which is located off the A46
between Lincoln and Newark, is a mixed farm with
crops, pigs and horses - and two lakes. Parts are
a designated Site of Scientific Interest and a haven
for wildlife, including deer, badgers and foxes.
Sophie also runs the Cats Whiskers, a bespoke catering service covering Lincolnshire,
Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Quality and true flavours are to the fore in everything
they do, from small intimate dinner parties to wedding receptions and hog roasts.
