Since 2003, John and Faye Evans have run the
Curborough Hall Farm Shop, part of a traditional
arts and crafts centre a short distance north east of
the centre of Lichfield. Customers really matter to
the owners, and it's always a pleasure to visit the
shop. Meat comes from the very best local sources, including beef and lamb reared on the farm
and Packington free range pork, all neatly and
hygenically packaged for your convenience by award
winning local butchers Peter Coates of Alrewas.
Fresh bread daily from a local baker,
locally produced milk and cheeses, top quality fresh
seasonal fruit and vegetables. Other quality produce
includes seasonal game, free-range chickens, local free
range chicken, duck and goose eggs, pickles and
preserves, dressings, oils and herbs, luxurious Red Lion Farm
ice cream available in 20 different flavours, teas,
health foods and vitamins, even soft-eating natural licorice.
The farm shop, which supplies many local hotels, restaurants and gastro-pubs, is open
from 9.30 to 5, seven days a week.
