A family-run art gallery full of old world charm, Cherrylane Fine Arts occupies renovated 17th century buildings in the village of Killincarrig. They stand on a private lane in the grounds of what was once a famous cherry orchard. This unique setting provides a showcase for contemporary paintings and indoor and outdoor sculpture along with Giclée prints and photography by some of Ireland's most renowned artists.

The gallery is owned and run by the Hayes family Michael, Mary, Robert and Jennie three generations whose collective experience in the business amounts to more than 150 years. Michael, a Master Bespoke Framer, and his wife Mary have been providing a framing service to many of Ireland's most prominent artists, galleries, auction houses and collectors for more than 20 years. Their son Robert manages the business; daughter Jennie is the Art Director, while Michael's father Christy helps out 3 days a week truly a genuine family business!

Because of their position as framers, the Hayes are well-placed to secure a broad selection of well-known Irish and international art. The paintings, sculptures, prints and photographs come from both established artists and young, upcoming talents. Many exhibitions are held throughout the year full details are listed on Cherrylane's website. Since 2001, Cherrylane has also been offering a fine art Giclée printing service the first in Ireland to do so. And plans are under way to create an outdoor sculpture garden on the site.

Cherrylane is located in a particularly scenic area with the unspoiled coastal village of Greystones just up the road and the famous Sugar Loaf Mountain rising to the west. The National Garden Exhibition Centre is about a 10-minute drive away; the beautiful Powerscourt Gardens and Waterfall about 20 minutes. There are many golf courses in the locality including Druid's Glen and an extensive choice of country guest houses, restaurants, pubs and cafes.
