Cheshire Military Museum The Castle, Chester CH1 2DN Tel: 01244 327617 The Cheshire Military Museum is a registered museum with stunning displays and collections telling the story of Cheshire's military history. The Soldiers of Cheshire is an interactive exhibition where 300 years of history of the soldier's life is shown through computers, tableaux and hands-on exhibits. Here you can meet Sergeant Shipp at Bhurtpore and walk a length of trench at Ypres. Enjoy the `With Love' feature and much more for all the family. Facilities include a small shop, toilet and access for the disabled. Open daily 10am-5pm (last entry 4.30pm) except for two weeks over Christmas.
