When visiting Wigtownshire in Dumfries & Galloway, you must visit the Antique Centre at Glenluce. It is a fascinating place dating from the 16th century, and has antiques and collectables ranging from Jacobean to the 20th century. There is glass, china, silver, paintings, furniture, brass as well as architectural and garden antiques, displayed in a series of rooms. The business has been in the family for 40 years and current owner Chris Jones has been involved since he was nine. The antiques are keenly priced and make excellent souvenirs of a visit to this lovely part of Scotland.
