Situated on the A954 half a mile south of Meigle, the Belmont Hotel is a substantial, stone built hostelry offering superb accommodation, food and drink for the discerning tourist. There are double, twin, single and family rooms available (one with a four poster bed), and lunches, high teas and dinners are served. This is traditional Scottish hospitality at its best, with the hotel's chef, Andrew May, being one of the ten finalists in the Scothot Chef of the Year Award 2005.
