Fiona Mitchell designs and makes many items from locally woven Harris tweed, selling them from her shop, Castaway Crafts. There is a wide range of beautiful things. Each one is individually made, and come in a wide range of colours and patterns. Fiona also offers a self-catering caravan at Ardhasaig, a couple of miles west of Tarbert, which has superb views. It sleeps up to six and has heating, hot water, shower, cooking facilities and a host of other amenities.
