Toni Forestiero offers `food with a
difference' in her licensed café/restaurant and takeaway bar on the main street
of Leighton Buzzard. Fresh produce gets the home-cooked treatment throughout the
range, which runs from cakes and scones to warming soups and hot dishes such as
lasagne and chicken provençale.
Barrington's, which has 30 seats inside
(where paintings by local artists hang on the walls) and 40 outside, is open
between 7am and 4pm Monday to Saturday. It also has a thriving business in
outside catering, providing everything from novelty birthday cakes to full meals
for business lunches and all other occasions.
