Milk has been produced at Kirkham Farm for generations, but Simon Weaver has recently put
the place on the map with the outstanding cheese made here. The milk from the Friesian
cows travels all of five metres from the milking shed to the creamery to be turned into the
superb Cotswold Brie Cheese, which in its first year of production earned two Taste of the
West Awards. Simon and his team are following up
that success with a rich-tasting Blue Cotswold Brie and
a Cotswold Herb Brie using a subtle mix of
organically gown herbs. Customers can buy direct
from the creamery or from many local shops.
