Historically people have been drawn to Burford for
its beautiful Cotswold architecture and one of the top
20 churches in England. Less well known is the
diversity of its unusual shops and independent galleries.
One such gallery, Burford Woodcraft has an
excellent reputation for a contemporary collection centred
on wood that is innovative, value for money and fun.
Since 1978 it has worked with many talented and inspired specialist woodworkers in promoting
high quality handmade British woodwork. Jayne and Robert Lewin offer their customers carefully
chosen pieces from new and established craftsmen in
a welcoming, informal atmosphere.
