 Harry and Jane Conlin have brought a long experience in retailing and concentrated it into
The Bay Tree, which is a wonderful gift shop in the historic citadel of Rye. Behind the quaint
bay window of the 16th Century building, they have created an Aladdin's Cave of
beautiful and unusual gifts on colourful and stylish displays. The items available include baby
gifts, educational toys, candles, oil lamps, picture frames, handbags, a range of fun and
fashion watches, unique pieces of contemporary jewellery, greetings
cards and fun gadgets and gismos for all ages.
 New and imaginative products are frequently introduced to
ensure that there is a constant supply of fresh ideas to satisfy
local customers and visitors to Rye.
The Bay Tree is the ideal place to find beautiful
gifts and unusual presents that are always a little
bit different. Staffed by Harry and Jane themselves, it
has a very friendly atmosphere, which encourages
