Lucy Rigby opened the Banana Tree in Eastbourne
in1990, since when she has expanded both the premises and the
range of gifts and accessories for the home. Behind the
enticing window displays customers discover an Aladdin's Cave
of personal treats, gift ideas and things to enhance the home. The stock includes small items
of furniture, metal and wooden shelving, soft furnishings, candles, chinaware, bags and
baskets, jewellery, picture frames, items for the bathroom, new bay gifts, seasonal decorations and
a huge selection of greetings and special occasion cards. Another Banana Tree is in Alfriston.
