Owner Dione Owers studied Painting in Falmouth and exhibited
in Cornwall for 15 years before coming to the Kent coast, where she found an ideal location in
the Art & Deco Gallery Upstairs in High Street, Deal. In this lovely light, airy space up a flight of
20 stairs she shows paintings and prints, sculpture, bronzes, designer and driftwood
furniture, hand-thrown pottery for the table, stylish kitchenware, designer lighting, cards, art
publications and iconic pieces of contemporary design. The Gallery offers art-lovers an opportunity to
acquire work by some of the most collectable artists from Britain and elsewhere.
