In September 2005, Chris and John Morrison took over
Heather Forster Ltd, which was well established as one of the
region's leading suppliers of cards. They aim to continue the 40-year tradition of high
quality, variety and excellent customer service
for which the shop has become so well known.
Handmade and personalised cards are the speciality, but the shelves and cabinets
also include a splendid selection of gifts of all kinds to grace the home or to provide
lovely presents.
Beautiful costume jewellery includes some superb pieces from Mexico, and
other items include glassware, Spode and Royal Worcester porcelain, Lladro figurines,
and, for the children, Jelly Cat and Kaloo collectables. The window display makes
it very hard to walk past this super shop, and those who step inside will not
be disappointed.
