If you are exploring Snowdonia National Park, and are
looking for great B&B accommodation, then look no further.
Bryniau Colau Country Manor B&B sits right on the edge of the
park, and offers superior accommodation at affordable prices.
The three spacious rooms, all with double beds, are fully
en suite, and overlook Lake Bala. The Berwyn Room and
the Arenig Room boast an antique double bed and a
luxury bathroom, while the Aran room has a king-sized double
bed that can be split into twins, plus a bathroom with spa
bath and overhead shower. Each bathroom has under tile
heating for your comfort.
The house also has a garden, with terraces
overlooking the lake, a guest lounge with TV and a log fire during the chilly months, secure cycle and
canoe storage and drying facilities. A hearty cooked breakfast is served in the dining room
overlooking the lake, though lighter options are always available as well. All the produce is sourced
locally wherever possible to ensure maximum freshness and flavour.
The establishment is perfect as a base from which to explore the area, or to take part in
one of the many activities in and around the lake, such as fishing and canoeing. Fishing licenses
can be arranged in advance. In addition, there is ample scope for hill walking, pony trekking,
white water rafting or just driving around the area exploring its history, heritage and
wonderful scenery. Or why not use it as an overnight stop as you drive around Wales, taking in all
the country has to offer! You'll be made more than welcome.
