The four-star Wavecrest is a superb guest house situated
right on the seafront in the lovely small holiday resort of Barmouth

and managed by the husband and wife team of Shelagh and
Eric Jarman, and has been open for over 27 years, offering
superb B&B accommodation to discerning guests who
appreciate comfort, value for money and high standards of personal service.
Shelagh and Eric have tastefully refurbished the
Victorian building, keeping many of the original features while
not compromising on facilities demanded by today's guests.
Many of the nine bedrooms have lovely views out over Cardigan
Bay and Snowdonia, and each one is comfortable, decorated and furnished to a high standard,
and fully en suite for your comfort. The same care and attention extends to breakfasts
with homemade preserves and organic produce being served.
Barmouth and its lovely harbour is at the mouth of a magnificent estuary which is crossed
by a famous railway bridge and footpath. It is surrounded by dramatic scenery including
"Dinas Olau"; the first land ever owned by The National Trust. The beach has Blue Flag status, so
you know you are safe.
