Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Exe Valley, Lower Collipriest Farm is a charmingly picturesque building with an immaculate thatched roof, whitewashed walls and shuttered windows. In front of the house, a meadow leads down to the River Exe and there are wonderful walks around the dairy farm that open up views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. There's a lovely pond and conservation area with deer, herons and ducks. Inside, guests can settle down in the comfortable lounge with its views over the farm and down the valley. On colder evenings glowing log fires add to the appeal.

The farmhouse has spacious, warm and comfortable bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, and the house is centrally heated throughout. Your host, Linda Olive, is an accomplished cook and her fresh cooking is based on local produce _ especially prize-winning cheeses and cream. Lower Collipriest Farm has been given a four Diamond Silver Award by the ETC and has received a certificate of approval from The Devon Wildlife Trust.
