Conveniently located beside the A30 just half a mile west of Chard, Barleymow's Farm Shop enjoys fabulous views across unspoilt countryside. Meat is hung and butchered on the premises in the traditional way to ensure that customers get that special Somerset flavour. The shop also stocks a wide range of "fresh from the farm" vegetables _ tasty freshly dug carrots, potatoes, green vegetables and much more, and what is not grown on Barleymow's Farm is supplied by local growers.

As well as their own beef and lamb Barleymow's sells local poultry and pork, traditional Somerset faggots, delicious sausages made to their own recipes, pasties and pies, a selection of cooked meats, cheese and dairy produce and fresh free range eggs. Bread from the farm's own ovens, home-made cakes and biscuits, pickles sauces and preserves, Scrumpy cider beers and wines, along with a wide range of special frozen foods are all there to tempt you. For children, there's ice cream _ and a large outdoor playing area. Barleymow's Maize Maze runs throughout the summer holiday adjacent to thier camping site.

In this family business everyone works together to run the farm and the shop, and their friendly staff look forward to your visit.
