The interior is simple, modern and comfortable, perfect for parties, wonderful for weddings _ and for memorable meals. "We are passionate about good food" say owners Sue and Bill Milverton. "Somerset has some of the best produce in the country and our menu features dishes prepared from the very best local supplies, including our own home-reared beef". The menu changes regularly but typically includes starters such as Exmoor Blue, Spinach and Bacon Tart; and main courses like Smoked Haddock with Tower Farms Cheddar sauce and prawns, or Pheasant Pot Roast with sage, juniper, garlic, red wine and caramel sauce. There are always vegetarian dishes and all vegetables are cooked al dente _ just ask if you prefer them cooked more. To conclude your meal, choose one of the heavenly desserts or the selection of Somerset cheeses.
