Visitors to the Allington Plants & Garden Shop
will receive a warm welcome from owner Brenda
Meade, whose passion for horticulture is evident. The
site opened in early 2006 but Brenda has been
involved in horticulture for some 14 years and is extremely knowledgeable about
all aspects of plant nurture.
Within the well laid
out1/2 acre site you will find not just an extensive
range of plants, alpines, perennials and shrubs but a
wide choice of pots, metalware, baskets, conservatory
items and topiary. Brenda sells David Austin roses. She
also stocks King's Seeds and Francini seeds from Italy.
Other popular lines
include hanging baskets and planted pots prepared to
order. There's also a large selection of new and
secondhand tools.
