Brunt Knott Farm Holiday Cottages. Nestled around a 17th century hill farm within the Lake
District National Park, the 4 self-catering cottages command magnificent
panoramic views over the Lakeland fells. They are sympathetically converted from
stone and slate farm buildings and each has its own garden area and private
parking. Décor is traditional, with whitewashed walls, retained beams and
feature stonework. The cottages are well-equipped and fully carpeted, to ensure
a comfortable, stress-free stay in relaxing surroundings all year round.
The Stables
and Hayloft both sleep 2, the Bothy sleeps 4, and the Byre sleeps 4/5.
Surrounded by open countryside, and with both excellent walking and cycling on
the doorstep, the farm is situated a mile and a half from the village of
Staveley, above the beautiful Kentmere valley, midway between Kendal and Lake
Windermere. Owners William and Margaret Beck are on hand to make sure that
their guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay.
