Once a familiar part of the working life of Kent, its oast houses have survived in
a variety of new roles. Barnfield Oast
House, along with Oast Cottage and Orchard Cottage, are set in 18 acres of
farmland reached down a quiet country lane,
providing first-class self-catering family
accommodation in the heart of Kent.
Oast Cottage (sleeps 4 to 6), Orchard Cottage
(6 to 8) and the Oast House (8 to 10) are extremely
well equipped, with central heating, cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer,
TV and VCR, radio and CD player. Comfort, peace
and tranquillity make Barnfield Oast an ideal spot
for complete relaxation and gentle strolls, but the
area also abounds in places of interest to discover and
all sorts of sporting activities and adventures.
