Barnsdsale Lodge is a 17th century farmhouse in stone and Collyweston slate in a prime position overlooking Rutland Water and open countryside. The 45 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, are furnished in a mixture of styles, from Edwardian to contemporary. There's a great deal to see and do in the vicinity of the hotel, whether it's exploring the historic sights and buildings, walking, cycling, indulging in the water-born activities on Rutland Water or just relaxing and unwinding in the hotel and its extensive, mature gardens and grounds. In the hotel restaurant, locally sourced produce is put to excellent use as the basis of daily changing menus.
