Lyndhurst Guest House is a very friendly
holiday base in a quiet riverside setting a short walk
from all the amenities and attractions of Kendal.
Local man Stuart and his partner Yvonne are the
most welcoming of hosts, and the large number of repeat visitors is a tribute to their outstanding
hospitality. The late-Victorian house has eight en suite letting
rooms including singles, doubles and twins, all with
high-quality decoration and furnishings, television and tea/coffee tray.
Breakfast offers the options of full English, vegetarian, or a low fat "weight watching"
cooked breakfast as well as fruity porridge or fresh
fruit salad. The hosts will provide packed lunches and fill flasks and water bottles for guests
and they also have a selection of walking maps to
help guests plan their days in the fresh air. For golfers,
`2 rounds for the price of 1' offers can be arranged
at several local courses.
