Quiet Cottage is a superb self-contained self-catering unit set in 1½ peaceful acres
and open all year round. It's owned and run by Mr and
Mrs Haston, who have a warm welcome for their
guests, including children but not pets. The cottage, in
the village of Haverigg, lies close to the beach and an
RSPB sanctuary at Hodbarrow. The RAF Museum in the village is
a popular visitor attraction, and other places to visit nearby include Millom Folk Museum
and Black Combe Fell.
