On the market place of a town exactly halfway between the Sussex coast and the northern tip of Scotland, Allendale Tea Rooms serve traditional home-cooked food in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The choice runs from breakfast to light lunches, Sunday roasts, main meals and a tempting selection of cakes and pastries. Popular with both locals and passing trade, the tea rooms are open from 10-5 Tuesday to Saturday, 11-5 Sunday, also Mondays on Bank Holidays and in high season.
