A 17^th century former coaching inn, the Black Lion Hotel is noted for its excellent food and well-kept brews, including 3 real ales from Brains. The extensive menu offers a good choice of pub favourites such as a grilled cheese and bacon burger, as well as some fantastic steaks made using only the finest quality Welsh beef, salads, pasta and fish dishes. Booking is essential at weekends and for Sunday lunch. The hotel also has 18 guest bedrooms, including 2 family rooms, all tastefully furnished and decorated, and all with en suite facilities.
