A superb country mansion standing in 5 acres of immaculate gardens, Ardwyn Country House offers the very best in upmarket bed & breakfast accommodation. The beautiful house was built on a grand scale in 1895 and is now the home of Denise and Derek Manning who have lived here since 2003 and have been welcoming bed & breakfast guests since 2004. The accommodation, which has been awarded a 4-star rating by the Welsh Tourist Board, comprises of 2 double rooms of outstanding quality with furniture, fittings and fixtures all of the highest standard making your stay that extra bit special. Both rooms have their own luxury private bathrooms.

A sumptuous breakfast with silver service is included in the tariff and is served in the elegant dining room overlooking the well kept garden. A crisp white tablecloth drapes the table, Royal Doulton china is used and the menu offers an extensive choice that includes fresh fruit, a Continental breakfast of croissants, cold meat, cheese and preserves, or a pair of succulent kippers. Breakfast is normally served between 8am and 9.30am unless by special arrangement, and may be served outside during the summer if requested. Packed lunches are also available.

If you love to play golf then staying here definately has an advantage. Guests staying at Ardwyn can make use of a special green fee arrangement with the Cilgwyn Golf Club, a pretty 9-hole course that is just a mile away.
